Abkus offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date. This guarantee is unconditional — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@abkus.com with your account email and the transaction details. Once your request is received and confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to the service continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data remains available in read-only mode for 12 months in accordance with our data retention policy.
